What do you do?

I notice what keeps repeating. The patterns underneath workplace frustration, leadership challenges, career decisions, relationship dynamics, and that persistent feeling that something is off—even when everything looks fine on paper.

I’m a Business Sociologist, Executive Leadership Consultant, and Founder of Satori Synergy. For more than two decades, I’ve worked inside human systems from foster care and community organizations to military brigades and the C-suite. Over time, I began to notice something: people often feel that something is not working long before they can explain why. They assume they need to work harder, communicate better, become more disciplined, earn another credential, or change themselves entirely. But sometimes the problem is not the person. Sometimes it is the role they are playing, the environment they are performing in, the rhythm they are forcing themselves to maintain, or a pattern they have been living inside for so long that it has become difficult to see.

My work begins there.

I combine Business Sociology, Human Design, Career Astrology, and strategic life and career coaching to help make those patterns visible. Together, we look beneath the job title, leadership challenge, career decision, or life transition to understand what keeps repeating, what has changed, what no longer fits, and what may be trying to emerge. I pay attention to how you naturally lead, make decisions, communicate, contribute, influence, and navigate the systems around you. I also look at where your energy is flowing well, where it is being wasted, and whether your environment actually supports the way you are designed to work and live.

You are here because you already know that you probably do not need another personality test, leadership framework, certification, or strategy for becoming “better.” You need language for what you have already been sensing. You need to understand the patterns you have been living inside and what's already true about you.

And then we can decide what actually needs to change: You, your strategy, your environment, your timing, or the system itself.

Most consultants analyze processes. Most coaches focus on goals. Most assessments measure behavior. I focus on the people operating within the system. My approach combines business sociology, leadership development, human systems intelligence, and behavioral frameworks to help people understand:

What is Business Sociology?

Business Sociology is my flagship framework that examines how people interact within organizations, communities, teams, and social systems. While traditional business approaches often focus on processes and performance, business sociology explores the human intelligence and dynamics beneath the surface—culture, leadership, relationships, identity, trust, influence, belonging, and collective behavior. In simple terms: Business sociology helps us understand why people do what they do at work and how organizations can create environments where people and performance thrive together.

What is Human Design?

Human Design is a system of self-understanding that combines principles from ancient wisdom traditions and modern sciences to provide a blueprint of your natural energetic design. Human Design offers insight into:

At its core, Human Design helps individuals understand how they are uniquely designed to navigate life and interact with others. What is Career Astrology?

Career Astrology is my signature framework: a sociological interpretation of astrology applied to leadership, organizations, and professional development. It uses astrological archetypes and life-cycle patterns to better understand how people lead, grow, make decisions, navigate transitions, and contribute within larger systems.

Career Astrology helps identify recurring developmental themes, natural strengths, leadership tendencies, career opportunities, and pivotal seasons of change. It offers a lens for understanding not only what you're experiencing, but why certain lessons, responsibilities, and opportunities emerge at different stages of life and work.

Grounded in sociology, leadership theory, Human Design, and astrology, this interdisciplinary approach is designed to help individuals and organizations align talent with purpose, navigate change with greater clarity, and make more informed decisions throughout the executive life cycle.

Career Astrology is an evolving body of work informed by my graduate training in sociology, business, and human resources, my certifications in Human Design and diversity and cultural intelligence, and my ongoing advanced studies in business astrology.

Ikigai is a Japanese concept often translated as "reason for being." It sits at the intersection of:
