What do you do?
I'm a Social Scientist, Executive Leadership Consultant, and Founder of Satori Synergy. For more than two decades in roles ranging from Foster Care Social Worker to Chief Diversity Officer, I've helped people make sense of human behavior—from families and communities to executive teams and organizations. Along the way, I realized something profound: The greatest barriers to leadership are often invisible because it's difficult to see the patterns we're living while we're living them.
Today, I combine Business Sociology, Human Design, Executive Astrology, and strategic life and career coaching to make those invisible patterns visible. Together, we uncover your natural leadership style, decision-making process, communication strengths, professional identity, and areas for growth.

What is Business Sociology?
Business Sociology is my flagship framework that examines how people interact within organizations, communities, teams, and social systems. While traditional business approaches often focus on processes and performance, business sociology explores the human intelligence and dynamics beneath the surface—culture, leadership, relationships, identity, trust, influence, belonging, and collective behavior. In simple terms: Business sociology helps us understand why people do what they do at work and how organizations can create environments where people and performance thrive together.

Executive Astrology is my signature framework: a sociological interpretation of astrology applied to leadership, organizations, and human development. It uses astrological archetypes and life-cycle patterns to better understand how people lead, grow, make decisions, navigate transitions, and contribute within larger systems.
