Your intentional and emotional energy fuels the team’s dreams for innovation and expansion. Trait 30 is the driving force that motivates and directs the evolution of the workplace. Your heighted self-awareness leads you to heightened social awareness, being able to act as a guiding force leading others to their professional pursuits and passion projects. The enthusiasm and fervor that you pursue career goals with are inspiring and contagious for others.
Through your eagerness, you create a work culture where it is not only easy to but all are encouraged to try new things, venture together into unchartered territory and make progress. Your talent shines particularly in your ability to merge complexity with passion and determination, creating sustainable solutions that are both inspiring and actionable. This soft skill comes with a commitment that ensure that not only are results achieved, but also experiences are created that enrich everyone on the team.

CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Be mindful that not every project is worth pursuing. Not every professional environment is aligned with your inner fire to enjoy a blazing career. It will serve you well and improve interactions to learn to wait for the right moment to share your passions only with others who will resonate with you as they share similar desires and have recognized yours. You have the natural inclination to share your dreams with your team, but it is important to read the room first, wait to be invited to share, then take your time to decide if it is correct for you to share.
Take advantage of your natural sense of humor. Use the ability to laugh at yourself and practice healthy detachment when fate steps in and things don’t go according to plan. Somethings are just for the experiences gained along the way and not the end result. Being playful and lighthearted and good signs that you are not taking things too seriously which would douse the spark in your life. This skill requires emotional intelligence, be sure to only make decisions when you are feeling neutral about the topic at hand.
Self-Reflections:
What’s my greater vision for my professional life and is it aligned with my inner wisdom?
Do I often feel unsatisfied even after reaching a goal or finishing a project?
Have others given me feedback that I need to think through things more and balance immediate gratification with delayed gratification?
