THE TALENT TO FIND A BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE


This trait carries the energy of a generous team player. With this hardwiring to find joy in your work, you take pride in working hard for the group to bring back the provisions and support everyone needs and requires reciprocity in the form of expressed appreciation and then some alone time to rest and recover from the energy exertion. This energy is socially intelligent and is adept at making deals and agreements in business. Also you may find that loving the work that you do is more important and brings you more peace than your paycheck as you don't tie your value to your income but more so your outcome to your team. Your worth is intrinsic and recognizing your inherent value brings your a sense of purpose and alignment where you can show up to work as your authentic self.

At your best, in your job, you manage to complete your tasks effectively while also ensuring that your personal time is not neglected. You understand the importance of meeting the demands of the company while also allowing enough space for yourself. This ability enables you to remain efficient in the long run and use your energy strategically. In meetings and projects, you ensure that the workload is realistically distributed so that everyone involved remains motivated and focused. Your talent helps you recognize the right time for breaks, allowing you and your team to return to work with renewed energy. You set an example of how to take responsibility without overloading yourself.


When it comes to supporting your colleagues, you ensure that everyone takes on their tasks without overburdening themselves. Your method of work organization creates an environment where everyone feels their work is appreciated, while still maintaining time for themselves. Challenges may arise when you become too absorbed in the needs of others and put your own needs aside. In such moments, it can be difficult to prioritize your own rest. Your talent lies in recognizing these phases and calming yourself before you become overworked. You know that you can only continue working productively and effectively if you take proper care of yourself. By respecting your own limits and clearly communicating them, you protect yourself from losing balance. Your ability to find this balance ensures that you remain successful in the long run without burning out. If you don't like your job, it may be difficult for you to stick it out, despite the pay. Aligning with your truth and working at your own pace on what you love is a way to avoid burnout and activate balance.

The Six Stages of Development for Career Trait 40: THE PROVIDER


Stage 1: RECUPERATION - Begin by accepting that working on what feels correct for is essential for your wellbeing and productivity. Its important to learn how your energy operates and go at your own pace so being in a position where others are directing or managing you may not be aligned with your success. Take the time to relax and appreciate your accomplishments.


Stage 2: RESOLVE - You may find that you are someone who needs alone time to maintain your health (social, mental, physical, emotional, etc.). Practicing resoluteness by being true to your needs and not responding to random calls based on the wishes of others may feel correct for you.


Stage 3: DEFLECTION - Here you begin to understand that not every relationship will benefit you or is good for the team. Through a life long process, you discover who the right people for you are through encountering the wrong people. You'll find that it is better at times to be alone than with people who don't respect your process. Choosing to stand on business and break away from a toxic environment may prove best for you.


Stage 4: REALITY CHECK - Even if it feels good to be needed its important not to ignore your requisite "me time". Here you have the potential to be a "yes" person so you'll want to check yourself and ensure your steps are ordered so that you don't become unbalances trying to spread yourself too thin for a sense of belonging or approval.


Stage 5: RIGIDITY - Having developed a better understanding of how your energy cycles work, you may find yourself unyielding, wanting to march to the beat of your own drum. Before working for your team, you may want o know all of the details and expectations of the project before hand so you can decided if it aligned with your energic availability.


Stage 6: EXCLUSION - At this point, if you extend your will power to do work on something for the team, it comes with an expectation of reward or reciprocity of something valuable to you. If the energy exchange is not honored by them not keeping their promise or living up to the expectation, you may consider them inferior and don't want them around if they can't pull their weight. Here, it is correct for you to nip it in the bud and remove inferior connections from your environment with immediacy and not look back.
