Here are the six development stages of this trait:

STAGE 1: PRACTICALITY - Begin by having a routine where you proceed towards what is aligned and attainable to ensure that you are prepared for your opinions to be challenged. Be sure to take the time to gather all of the details and facts that you'll need when you move towards the moment to prove your theory.

STAGE 2: SENSIBILITY - By nature, this logical energy is judgmental and will require that you are able to show your work, prove your hypothesis and defend your point. Not everyone embodies the patience necessary to do this work. Practicing restraint and being sensible when gathering details will serve you well after you've focused and found the right words to articulate your opinions and theories.

STAGE 3: DISCOVERY - Its okay to be unassuming or to make mistakes as it is usually through those so-called mistakes that you discover innovative information that is useful for the team to apply and progress. 'You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs.' Keep an open mindset knowing that there is always something to learn from every experiment or task.

STAGE 4: PATIENCE - Be willing to stay with the process as long as it takes to garner the necessary details and keep an eye out for opportunities that align with your principles and purpose.

STAGE 5: CONSIDERATION - At this stage, others are likely to be convinced that you have the details needed to support a theory due to your planning and preparation. You'll want to be sure that you've completed your data collection and assessment process before you consider contributing what you know as to not end up with a tarnished reputation for not delivering what others expected from you.

STAGE 6: SELF-DISCIPLINE - Finally, you'll find it beneficiary to recognize and accept practical limitation. At this stage, you may find that you look for assurance that you will get a return on your investment.
