THE TALENT TO CONSTANTLY DISCOVER NEW PATHWAYS
With Trait 43, we have a unique thinker who offers new ideas to solve old problems. These insights come seemingly out of nowhere and you don’t know how you came up with the perfect solution. It’s like pulse, sometimes it’s there and sometimes it’s not. This is not logical energy so knowing the how doesn’t matter, just trust and remain open to the new knowing without doubting what you know. Also welcome the uncertainty and rest to the notion that you don’t have to know everything.
In your daily work, you intuitively sense where processes can be improved and develop approaches that are more efficient and future-oriented. Your insights often come suddenly and feel like a burst of inspiration—they cannot be forced, they simply happen. Sometimes, your suggestions may seem unusual to others because you notice things that most people overlook. This is where your strength lies: you see opportunities where others only see obstacles. It helps to remain patient and share your ideas when your environment is ready for them.

You might take this skill of insightful genius for granted if you have this activated in your design chart, assuming that everyone experiences flashes of brilliance and lightbulb moments. Truth is, your thoughts and your thought process are unique to you. Never mind about your ideas being overlooked or rejected, that doesn’t make them any less valuable. Believe in what you know, even if you don’t know how you know it.
In a team, you are the creative out-of-the-box thinker who brings new perspectives and breathes fresh air into rigid structures. Your ability to question the status quo helps those around you to think more boldly and try new approaches. You easily recognize inefficient methods and suggest meaningful alternatives. Understand that timing is crucial, so your ideas aren’t overlooked or misunderstood. By waiting until others ask for your insights, you increase the likelihood that they will be accepted. Your impulses can not only optimize processes but also transform the thinking within the team. With your creativity and your sense of what matters, you turn problems into opportunities.
An Ear for Efficiency
With this trait comes what some would call selective hearing. To be able to hear your internal conversation and process your insights, it requires you to be able to drown out the opinions of others as you are not to be distracted or influenced. Others may have experienced you as not being a good listener or not being willing to hear what others have to say. The applicable use of this ‘deafness’ is to not pay attention to naysayers or those who may reject your insights become they can’t fathom them.
While living in Japan, I learned that one of their words to describe insight was satori which describes a sudden breakthrough within. Having the inherent skill to have pulsating strokes of genius, those with the trait 43 contribute to the team by availing out of the blue and out of the box solutions. These refreshing perspectives and innovative ideas makes you valuable in professions that require analytical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You’d excel in roles where the ability to see beyond what’s in front of you into the bigger picture is essential such as consultancy, planning and research.

Character and Professional Development
Your talent is especially strong when you have the freedom to let your ideas unfold and remain independent of rigid guidelines. You accept that you don’t always have to know everything, trusting that your intuition will provide the necessary answers at the right moment. It’s important that you allow yourself to remain creative during phases of uncertainty or melancholy, rather than pressuring yourself. These moments can even enhance your potential, as they grant you access to deeper knowledge. By mindfully nurturing and sharing your insights, you not only improve your environment but also strengthen your trust in your own abilities.
Release the need to convince others or to get them to see things your way. You best use this skill when asked to share your breakthroughs and epiphanies at the right time with the right people. Others can sense when you have something brewing as your aura/body language tells them that you have something to share. And when they are ready and open to hear it or when they can tell that you have completed your inner awareness process, they will invite you to dazzle them with what you know or what new solutions you’ve conceived.

The right people will understand when the time is right — our focus is staying true to the insight.”
