Tenacity is the energy to be able to hold on to a big idea and see it through. This is a conservative trait akin to a strategic planner or financial advisor who wants to monitor what they are investing in, ensuring the time, money and resources are positioned to get a return on the investment. With this trait, you can give yourself permission to be a little unshakeable and unmovable with the understanding that it is best and admirable if you are doing it for the good of the group.
You support the team with your ability to see the value of things and discern what steps to take next to endure and ensure success. You may experience indecisiveness trying to balance between what is working and what risks need to be taken to advance further, but you do recognize that change is inevitable.
You can recognize who has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to level up and you'll use your influence to connect them with others who can help them climb the ladder or provide opportunities not usually available to them. You instinctively evaluate who and what can or cannot be transformed with your nose for success. Your ability to adapt and overcome contributes to the success of those working around you.
It's important that you remain open to change because when you don't accept that things are constantly evolving you may grow fearful. You may grow fearful that the relationships in your personal life or the partnerships in your professional life won't survive. Being stuck in those fears makes it difficult to move forward towards success. Embracing change is a skill set that will serve you well. Accept the journey and explore the difficulties as a means of digging deeper into understanding the task at hand and determining how you're going to master any paradigm shifts to see this through. How will you leave your mark, what will your legacy be?
You have the endurance and spirit of continuity necessary to commit to the unseen and unproven and invest in yourself and others using your intuition. Trust your hunches and instincts which include having sensible business acumen and a shrewdness about how to strategize worthy ideas. This is a design of an evaluator who is great at assessing and discerning which goods and services, business ventures or new team members will stand the test of time. Your evaluation skills make you an excellent risk manager.

Be sure not to try to do all alone, tenacity is meant to be a team sport. Recognize who can assist you with the tasks that are outside of your comfort zone… besides, that’s what friends are for. The team survives when you thrive so be sure that you are networking, bargaining, and even resting so you can be your best self for the benefit of the group. You bring transformation to your team by doing what is best for you to maintain yourself and your health. Your gift to yourself and others is that of preservation because you protect the things that you value.
With failure being what you fear the most, you do everything you can to avoid it. It's OK to be passionate about something but don't panic with fear. That fear frequency will resonate throughout the department, follow you wherever you go and introduce itself to people through your body language as you interact with them.
Your instincts tell you how to best market products and services as well as how to research and develop new ways to interest your customers, coworkers, and C-Suite executives. Those with the trait of tenacity make great project managers or any similar role where both change and sustainability must be balanced for long term growth and to realize the mission. Being willing to invest your time and talents into a project that shows a promise of success over time makes you a valuable addition to any team. You are designed to thrive in a work culture that values the ability to hold on to long- term visions to ensure their viability.
