STAGE 1: IMPACT - Begin by allowing yourself to be influential like a coach with the innate ability to connect with their team and bring out their best performances. Your job is to speak up for the others and forecast logical trends in your industry to bring stability and success to the group.


STAGE 2: ARROGANCE - You may experiences times where you leadership cannot wait for a consensus and you act independently without guidance or input. Just remember that to lead you must first serve and take the time to cultivate your leadership style and not make the mistake of assuming that you have already paid your dues and jump into a position without being called upon.


STAGE 3: DISTINGUISHED - Be aware that your employees, supporters, etc., will be seen as a reflection and representation of your vision and values and you will be assess by the company you keep, your teammates. Carefully assess and select the proper influences to enhance your influence.


STAGE 4: PURPOSE - At this stage you'll begin to be recognized for intentional capacity to lead and the success of your influence is based on how you are perceived by others. You'll have the opportunity communicate your qualifications, convincing others and securing public support.


STAGE 5: DISPOSITION - Here, being far-sighted and holding the intention to assert your influence will mark you as a specialist who know how to lead themselves and ultimately others. Your leadership is most effective when there is a crisis that you can lead the team out of it, stabilize them and then go back to your daily attitude of leading yourself.


STAGE 6: MODEL - Finally, embodying and embracing clarity about your influence, you lead by example and set a positive work ethic for the team. Practicing what you preach, you may not bother taking on leadership roles that do not guarantee success.
