THE TALENT TO LEAD OTHERS WITH CLEAR LOGICAL VISION
If this trait is activated in your Design Chart, you are energetically hard wired to lead, after your talent has been recognized by others. While Key Career Trait 31 is the voice or face that the public, customers, clients hear and see while this energy as the strategic advisor is the president's right hand man, chief of staff or sergeant major if you will. The gift of this energy may not have a public presence but it does have a lot of power behind the scenes as the shot caller.

With your strategic thinking, you can see where the company or team needs to go and how you can determine the direction. You recognize trends and patterns, which you then translate into concrete steps to ensure long-term success. It is not your task to do everything yourself, but rather to coordinate resources and guide the team in the right direction. Your talent lies in how you bring people or projects onto the right course with clear objectives and a well-thought-out plan. Your ability to inspire people and work together towards a goal builds the necessary trust within the team. You take on a supportive role and help make the right decisions, guiding all stakeholders in the right direction.
You don’t work according to fixed patterns but adapt to the needs of the organization and what needs to be done next. Your strategic vision is always future-oriented, helping prepare the company or team for the next step. You pursue long-term goals and ensure that resources are used effectively to achieve them. Your ability to see the big picture and define small steps towards it makes you an important figure in planning and implementing change. In meetings and decision-making, you are the one who keeps an overview and moves the team forward with clear visions and solutions. Your strategic thinking helps keep the company on the right course.
PROFESSIONAL & CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT:
When things develop more slowly than you would like, you may feel uncertain. You know that patience is necessary to realize your vision. In such moments, you trust that the right opportunities will arise at the right time. You remain focused and avoid changing course or implementing too many changes at once. Your strategic approach helps you make the right decisions at the right time without losing sight of the long-term vision.

The Six Stages of Development for Career Trait 7: THE STRATEGIC ADVISOR
STAGE 1: THE AUTHORITARIAN - Effective leadership is achieved by establishing order and communicating your intentions with clarity. At this foundational aspect, you have done your homework, gathered information and accrued a wealth of knowledge and are confident that you know what's best for those you lead. At your best, you are able to inspire and guide other through your actions by setting a positive example for them to follow. Unbalanced, you may be arrogantly convince that your way is the only correct way.
STAGE 2: THE RESPRESENTATIVE - Here you may be unaware of your natural leadership abilities and need time to hone your skills once they are called out by others. You understand the rewards that come from aligning with natural advantages give reassurance to those you inspire and who are seeking to be lead by you as a respected thought leader in your field. Aligned, you'll have the capacity to employ widely accepted principles. Misaligned, there may be a lack of trust that leads to micromanagement, not allowing your team to make decisions for themselves.
STAGE 3: THE ANARCHIST - Here lies the courage to question and challenge established norms and the status quo systems that are no longer effective. The skill here is the ability to adapt and change your role based on what is needed. By experimenting with divergent leadership styles, it make you savvy about the best way forward for a sustainable future. You can read the writing on the wall and know when its time to upgrade the pattern. Unbalanced this may present as constant criticism without considering the potential consequences for others or yourself.
STAGE 4: THE ABDICATOR - This is about having influence because you have a single vision and a plan that you stick up. Also, you understand that opportunities come and go and can glean from your wisdom of when it's time to humbly relinquish your leadership role and place the needs of the group above your own. By voluntarily exiting gracefully on a high note, you position yourself to be respected and most likely referred to your next leadership position.
STAGE 5: THE COMMANDING GENERAL - Here you are called upon to lead in times of crisis. Once the coast clears, this type of leader is best off to retreat once the job is done and only return when needed to redirect disorder again. Your impressive reputation relies on you not overstaying the moment and you may see this as an interim or fractal executive. Be mind to remain balanced and not focus on your status at the expense of those who you are called to lead.
STAGE 6: THE ADMINISTRATOR - And finally, you mature into a delegator understanding that leadership is for everyone because everyone had diverse, valuable qualities that hold the capacity for leadership. This is the gift for sensing where others will thrive as a leader and gives others a chance to grow into themselves and leadership style. This energy encourages others to become the master of their own career, lead themselves and honor their own inner authority because you inherently know what is authentic and best for you on your career path.
