Your genius is always recreating itself, always expanding and exploring uniqueness which makes you a valuable asset to any company because your exquisite presence improves their image and public reputation, keeping them relevant and fostering evolution. The secret to successfully expressing the energy of this trait is to know that your ultimate contribution is you, you are the product. Life around the office or Teams call is always new and improved with you present. You're like vitality virus, a contagion changing its environment with your undeniable and distinctive inspirations.

This traits offers the expression of authenticity, the power of contribution and the inspiration of role models. It is the courage to be different, imbuing every contribution you make with your secret sauce. Stage 3- INDULGENCE: The essence here is of a passionate indifference. Your involvement is more for just a social presence rather than being all in. Engaging temporarily by “dressing for success”. This energy is about developing a persona or relying on a technique by which you interact with coworkers and stakeholders. You make your contribution available but not a full commitment.
Stage 4- RESPECT: Influencing the team to raise their standards through your demonstrations, examples and contributions which empowers and welcome cooperation. Your defined and fixed way of contributing to the team eventually results in influencing the company to adopt your contributions as a best practice, policy or new product.
Stage 5- BENEVOLANCE: Here, as a natural teacher and leader, you attune to how and when it is best to contribute and co-create with the team. Your persistent contributions are ultimately appreciated whether you are aware or not. Careful not to spend extensive time in collaborative leadership because your individual and inspiring energy can become muted and lose its innovative spark.
Stage 6- HARMONY: At this stage, you’ll find yourself constantly reevaluating for and encouraging harmonious work environments to welcome contributions knowing that there is only once chance to make a first impression. As reciprocity for your energy and input, you may find that you want a guarantee that your efforts will lead to the business’ expansion or evolution.
