How you do anything is how you do everything. You are consistent and dependable. You support the team by showing up in a reliable, habitual manner. You can be relied on for your routines and you figure out how to systematize processes and procedures. Trait 5 prefers to work in a way where you can stay connected to your habits and create stability for yourself and the team. You have the ability set the tone in the work environment with routines and patterns.
Your consistency empowers the team to align the work culture with the organization’s mission, vision, and bottom line. As a beacon of stability and order, you set the stage, set the pace, set the expectations, and ultimately set everyone up for success. You thrive best in a work environment where they offer you consistency and transparency where you can lean on predictable patterns and logic.
