When the team needs to make logical sense of something you’re the one for the job. Your job is to be aware of all the moving pieces to determine how each piece works in synergy to realize the vision and complete the mission. You are able to visualize the bigger picture by looking at all of the intricate dynamics of the project and map out how it would need to be organized and managed. This requires a stillness and a concentration for you to be able to focus in on the details that you need to see. It serves you well to take a step back so you can then move forward with more certainty after assessing the situation logically. After looking at all of the patterns and making predictions you are ready to respond and execute with ease at the right time.
You're the captain of the ship who knows that a 1° turn can change the trajectory of your route and destination entirely. You are also able to see the little things your colleagues need to do to implement an initiative or change management to get them where they want to go and need to be. The power behind this trait is intention. Once you've set your intention behind something and made the first step forward, very little energetic discipline is required for you to keep going because a natural momentum of inertia is now in play.

Jobs that require complex contemplation and detail-oriented work such as careers in computer programming, academic research, writing, etc. would be satisfying to someone with this trait. With this skill in your Design Chart you are able to balance not getting lost in the details nor letting the details overwhelm you. Taking one step at a time with strategic planning, you can successfully respond to what needs your energy and attention next. There may be times when you find yourself restless with your attention and focus in a deficit if there is nothing for you to concentrate on.
If you find yourself feeling stuck or frustrated, consider contemplating on the following:
Am I giving myself time to develop my ideas fully and visualize the details?
Is what I’m working on, wishing for, or responding to worth my energy, effort and focus?
Over these next several days, remember to tame the small details through formalization of a process. Slow down. Zoom out, then zoom back in. Its important for you to be able to recognize when your attention is waning so you can take a break. Ignoring your natural cadence will lead to burnout, a decrease in your efficiency and destabilize your work/life balance.
